Third-Party Administration

Unique within the industry, MCS is a fully licensed Third Party Administrator, capable of not only overseeing the claims handled by Workers' Compensation carriers and their adjusters, but actually administrating claims in-house. MCS holds an active Certificate of Consent to Administer from the State of California, Department of Industrial Relations, and is staffed with experienced claims handlers who hold their own Self-Insurance Certificates issued by the state.
