Millennium Corporate Solutions believes that many California companies are underrepresented by their existing insurance broker. The basis for the current relationship may be noble in intent but ultimately is deficient in fulfilling the delivery of service.
There are usually two reasons this is so: (i) The role of a competent broker has evolved over the course of time where the means of servicing clients adequately in the 1980's and 1990's is unsophisticated in today's terms and cannot be trusted to competently protect the interests of the insurance buyer or, (ii) the small percentage of firms that do have sophisticated service offering as well as the back room needed to fulfill promises to the client only provide those services to jumbo clients generating large commissions to the brokerage firm. In the end, mid-sized companies with sales of 5 million to 500 million don't enjoy the competence, access or frequency of the service they were encouraged to consider when selecting their insurance broker.
Millennium Corporate Solutions, Inc. ("MCS") recognized this void in representation and was created solely to fill that need. MCS is licensed nationally but is a privately held insurance brokerage firm that employs seasoned insurance brokers, claims examiners, loss control experts and technically competent best-in-class support staff to provide high end risk management services in a boutique environment catering specifically to those midsized companies.
